How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across the USA. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be added soon.

How long do the fragrances last?

Our perfumes and oils are made with high-quality, long-lasting ingredients designed to stay on skin and clothing for 6–12 hours, depending on the scent and body chemistry.

Are your perfumes the same as designer brands?

Our fragrances are inspired by designer scents, not replicas or counterfeits. We create similar scent profiles using premium ingredients to offer luxury without the high price.

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, opened products are not eligible for return.

I received the wrong item / my item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

My package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

First:
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered early)

If still not found, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We cannot refund stolen packages marked delivered, but we may offer a discount on a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Are your perfume oils alcohol-free?

Yes — all perfume oils are 100% alcohol-free, gentle on skin, and long-lasting.
