SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY – SCENTBLOOMS
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Time:
- Delivery within 3–7 business days across the United States.
Carriers:
- We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and best transit time.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
- If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.
Incorrect Address:
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
- Orders shipped to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement. If the package returns to us, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping fee.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- ✔ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- ✔ Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- ✔ Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors / household members
- Verify the address on file
- Contact the carrier
We cannot issue refunds for stolen packages marked delivered, but we may offer a discount for a replacement order.
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
