SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY – SCENTBLOOMS

1 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days across the United States.

Carriers:

  • We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and best transit time.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • Orders shipped to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement. If the package returns to us, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping fee.
2 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • ✔ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • ✔ Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • ✔ Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3 Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

4 Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors / household members
  • Verify the address on file
  • Contact the carrier

We cannot issue refunds for stolen packages marked delivered, but we may offer a discount for a replacement order.

5 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
