Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Time:
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across the United States.
Carriers:
- We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure the best transit time for your destination.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please reach out to our support team.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to coordinate reshipment. Please note that a reshipping fee may apply for address corrections after an order has been dispatched.
We want you to love your fragrance. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- ✔ Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- ✔ Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- ✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will resolve this immediately with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
- Contact the local carrier office for a delivery coordinate check.

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return according to our policy above.
